These website terms apply to the information and configured services described here. A binding service starts only through an accepted quotation, order form, statement of work or customer agreement.

Catalogue and quotations

Website descriptions explain possible configurations, including roadmap capabilities. They do not guarantee that every feature is deployed, lawful or suitable in every market. The accepted scope identifies selected responsibilities, integrations, delivery model, approvals, dependencies, fees and exclusions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers provide lawful, accurate instructions; authorised source material; appropriate account access; platform permissions; and timely approvals. Customers must review outputs before consequential use and remain responsible for the lawfulness of their source material and communications.

AI and automation limits

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, outdated, inconsistent or wrong. Building Bots does not replace legal, medical, financial, tax, employment or other regulated professional judgement. No product guarantees leads, revenue, rankings, engagement, approvals, uninterrupted platform access or regulatory compliance.

Specific boundaries

Payment Tracking records verified status or evidence and does not take custody of funds. Affiliate Marketing does not guarantee earnings. Messaging depends on consent and platform rules. Healthcare examples are administrative only. Website Generation requires human release and separately scoped hosting, forms, legal content and integrations.

Third-party services

External platforms have their own terms, permissions, pricing and availability. API changes, suspensions or customer credential issues may limit a workflow. Material dependencies should be identified in the quotation.

Intellectual property and liability

The customer agreement must distinguish Building Bots technology, customer materials, third-party materials and configured deliverables. Licence, output rights, warranties, indemnity, liability cap, governing law and dispute terms remain for the MSA/order documents.

Operational details pending confirmation

Entity type; governing law and dispute forum; licence and output ownership; suspension/appeal process; warranty, indemnity and liability position; notices; and high-risk uses not served.
